Ik kwam bij Navaya terecht toen ik gevoelsmatig tegen een plafond aanliep in mijn proces. Ik had al meerdere reguliere therapeuten gesproken waarbij ik mij gehoord voelde en mijn emoties en gevoelens als "logisch" werden verklaard maar dieper of verder kwam ik niet. Bij Navaya voelde ik mij niet alleen gehoord maar ook gezien, ze keek voor mijn gevoel recht door al mijn lagen heen naar mijn kern, naar wie ik echt ben maar zelf nog niet zag. Het waardevolle aan onze 1 op 1 sessies was ook niet dat zij mij ging vertellen wat zij zag maar door haar begeleiding mij liet voelen wat zij zag waardoor ik het zelf kon zien. De sessies bij Navaya zijn niet enkel emotionele dumps, het is ook hard werken maar daardoor ben ik wel tools en inzichten rijker waar ik een lifetime mee kan werken.

In these past few years, the one on one sessions with Navaya have been a rollercoaster. Scary and uncomfortable at times but also a rush of feeling loved and supported. When starting this connection and deep dive, I felt alone, lost, restless and like I couldn’t find my way back. But back where to? I didn’t even know the answer to that myself. With some necessary though love but also feeling and knowing Navaya had my back I went on this journey of discovering myself.. the good , the bad and the ugly. Getting rid of stories and patterns I didn’t need anymore and finding space and trust to create new connections with myself but also with a community I’m forever grateful for.

We all need a mentor from time to time. A person that shines light on your darkest parts of your soul, someone that works through the (bull) shit with you, while holding a loving space filled with tears and laughter.

Ik ben enorm dankbaar dat Navaya op mijn pad is gekomen. Navaya kijkt dwars door je heen en weet daarmee de vinger op de zere plek te leggen. Geen pleisters (meer) plakken, maar terug naar de root. Ik heb haar ervaren als eerlijk en recht door zee wanneer het moet, warm en zacht wanneer het kan. Ze houdt je een goede spiegel voor, en is enorm kundig. Wat ik daarnaast waardeer is haar kwetsbaarheid en het feit dat ik geen (hiërarchische) afstand voelde die ik eerder wel heb ervaren bij andere hulpverleners. Navaya is iemand die je echt ziet en begrijpt. Nooit eerder heb ik ervaren dat iemand zo toegewijd en betrokken is. Navaya gaat voor je door het vuur, dat is één ding wat zeker is. En dat niet alleen, she leads by example

I have been on this journey with Navaya for over 2 years. I can tell you it’s not for the faint hearted. If you are ready to go deep and tired of your own bullshit, this would be a very good place to start. My first ceremony was magical. There is something so powerful being in the presence of a group of women and teachers ,collaborating, healing and supporting each other all out of radical selflove. With Navaya’s help I was able to root myself in this life and we have been expanding ever since. What I cherish about this collaboration, because that’s what it is, is Navaya feels like a true teacher. A teacher who cares, learns and adapts along the journey. A teacher I trust. Because of her way of teaching I feel safe enough in myself to go deeper than ever before, For this I’m eternally grateful. With her teachings she gives attention to the mind, body and soul, bringing them together. Something I truly missed in western "therapy”. I could go on and on about the revelations, learnings, celebrations, tears and laughs we encountered along the way.
